Terms & Conditions

• Membership fees are payable by cash or Direct Debit only.
• Direct Debits have a minimum 6 month contract, cancelling within this 6 month time period may affect eligibility to re-join using this payment method.
• Membership fees must be paid in full and on time to maintain active membership.
• Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership access.

• No refunds will be offered on membership fees, unused memberships, or partial membership periods, except where required by law.
• Memberships are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by management.

• By joining Invictus Gymnasium, members confirm that they are fit, healthy, and physically capable of participating in exercise and gym activities.
• Members should seek medical advice before participating if they have any concerns regarding their health or fitness.
• Members agree to inform gym management of any medical condition that may affect their ability to exercise safely.

• Members use all gym facilities and equipment at their own risk.
• Invictus Gymnasium maintains and services all equipment to ensure it is kept in safe and full working order.
• Members must use equipment responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided by staff.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invictus Gymnasium shall not be liable for injuries, loss, or damage arising from the use of the gym facilities, except where caused by the gym's negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
  
• Personal belongings are brought onto the premises at the member's own risk.

• Members are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other members at all times.
• Invictus Gymnasium reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for inappropriate, unsafe, or abusive behaviour.

By purchasing a membership and using the facilities, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions
